1. Services
Swifty Movers provides professional moving and relocation services. All services are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.
2. Quotes & Estimates
- Quotes provided are based on the information you supply and are subject to change if your move differs from the original description.
- Additional charges may apply for:
- Long carry distances
- Heavy or oversized items
- Stairs or elevator delays
- Packing/unpacking services
- Last-minute scheduling changes
3. Booking & Cancellations
- A deposit may be required to confirm your booking.
- We request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled move may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Rescheduling is allowed based on availability.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Ensure accurate information is provided during the quote process
- Be present or assign someone to oversee the move
- Secure valuables, fragile items, and pets
- Notify us in advance of any special handling needs
5. Liability & Insurance
- We handle all items with care, but we are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Unpacked fragile items
- Items packed by the customer
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, or other conditions beyond our control
- Optional moving insurance may be available at your request.
6. Damages or Claims
If damage occurs during the move:
- You must notify the crew immediately and document the issue
- Claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of your move
- Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the item, up to a maximum value defined by the coverage selected
7. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
